People Analytics applied: Turnover
During the interactive and hands-on People Analytics Applied masterclasses, participants learn how to apply people analytics in practice. The focus lies on calculating and interpreting metrics as well as analytics. Theory is put into practice immediately. Besides practicing with pre-prepared case-studies, participants can also bring along the data from their own organization.

Turnover analysis as a day to day activity, turnover at individual or team level, regional differences in staff turnover, regional differences in individual staff turnover, team level turnover by country, predicting individual turnover, comparing expected length of service based on gender, predicting team turnover.
Performance differences between leavers and their replacements, cost of additional overtime to cover the vacancy, wages and benefits saved due to the vacancy, cost of reduced productivity while the new employee is learning the job, cost of lost productive time due to low morale of remaining employees, cost of lost customers, sales, and profits due to the departure, cost of additional (related) employee departures.
