People Analytics applied: training & development

During the interactive and hands-on People Analytics Applied masterclasses, participants learn how to apply people analytics in practice. The focus lies on calculating and interpreting metrics as well as analytics. Theory is put into practice immediately. Besides practicing with pre-prepared case-studies, participants can also bring along the data from their own organization. 

Topics addressed during the masterclass on training & development:

Training indicators, such as average number of training hours per employee, training investment per employee, number of courses offered, number of trained employees, percentage of trained employees, number of training hours provided, average training duration, number of individual development plans, completion rates of individual development plans.

Training quality Indicators, such as training satisfaction rate, abandonment rate, training success rate. Training cost indicators, such as total training cost, training cost per hour per employee, training cost expressed as a percentage of total organization / employee cost.
