During the interactive and hands-on People Analytics Applied masterclasses, participants learn how to apply people analytics in practice. The focus lies on calculating and interpreting metrics as well as analytics. Theory is put into practice immediately. Besides practicing with pre-prepared case-studies, participants can also bring along the data from their own organization.

Succession indicators such as pipeline utilisation, succession pipeline depth, bench strength, days to fill key positions, high potential turnover and successor performance.
Number and percentage of key positions identified, vacant key positions, high potential employees identified, the number of candidates identified during the succession planning process, number of ready successors, number of successor per key position, and the percentage of key positions without suitable replacement.
